Process Cooking Paan Brigaderios

Now put On the flame and keep the flame low….and cook the condensed milk and paan water mixture for 2-3 minutes…stirring and mixing it well…..add the green colour little by little, mixing it till you get the desired color (don’t add too much color, 2 pinches would do for powder color) and then add the paan flavour and mix well. Put the flame on medium flame for 1-2 minutes, let the mixture come to a boil..

  5. Put the flame on medium flame for 1-2 minutes, let the mixture come to a boil. Again put the flame on low, add the butter and mix well and cook for another 7-8 minutes, the mixture will thicken and reduce too, when you pass the spatula through the mixture in the pan and it takes time for it to come together that means your mixture is ready….pour it in a plate and put it in the fridge for 1hour 30 minutes to cool down and firm before you start making balls..

Grease your palm with butter and take small portions and form roundel/ball between your palm and put it in a bowl of dessicated coconut and coat it evenly (Clean your hands in between,if it becomes sticky and again butter your palms before making the next ball for a smooth finish) and keep it on a plate directly or use a mini cupcake liners. Once you finish making all the Paan Balls garnish it with rose petal. Your Paan ki Goli is ready to be served. Enjoy !!!.
